A beautifully constructed large chessboard produced by the world-famous Spanish chessboard maker Rechapados Ferrer. Mongoy palisander and maple veneers are used throughout. The chessboard's base is also constructed from quality wooden veneers. Modern fabrication techniques make for a chessboard with clean lines and meticulous attention to detail.

The veneers used are very rich in dark reds and browns with a subtle grain, perfect for matching with rosewood or ebony chessmen with 9.5cm king heights.
